What is Talent Moderne?
A private network of independent consultants working on enterprise transformation programmes, with a governed process from first request to settlement.
Who is it for?
Organisations running SAP transformation programmes who need senior specialist capacity or independent judgment, and practitioners who run their own consulting businesses.
Do I need an account to talk to you?
No. Submit a request and we will have a conversation. An account is completed before an engagement is confirmed, not before.
Working with us
Do you replace our systems integrator?
No, and we would be suspicious of anyone who said yes. Most engagements sit beside an SI: a specialist workstream, a design review, or capacity at a peak.
What kinds of work?
Programme and workstream leadership, functional and technical specialist input, integration and data workstreams, cutover and hypercare planning, and independent review of a design or a plan. Scope is agreed per engagement.
Are you an SAP partner?
No. Talent Moderne is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of SAP SE. Our members are independent practitioners who work on SAP programmes.
We are mid-programme and behind. Can you help?
Sometimes. Timing is the honest constraint, and we will tell you in the first conversation whether the network holds the right person on your dates.
Language of service?
English and French. Written deliverables in either, agreed per engagement.
Membership
How do I join?
Request to join. Entry is by referral and review.
Does joining affect my own company?
No. Members keep their own businesses, their own clients, and their own networks.
Do I have to bid for work?
No. Engagements are offered with enough context to judge fit, and declining carries no penalty.
Payments, settlement and refunds
How are deposits handled?
Where a deposit applies, funds are captured by the payment processor and stay there until settlement.
What if an engagement does not proceed?
You receive an approved reason and a settlement on defined terms.
Do you hold client funds?
No.
Privacy and data
What do you collect?
Only what the stage requires.
Where is it stored?
In our business management system, with the hosting and cross-border position set out in the privacy policy.
Do you use tracking or advertising cookies?
No.
