A future move of parts of our own operations onto enterprise-grade platforms, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, subject to a business case we have not yet made. This is a direction, not a deployment.

API-first — integration by documented interface, never by screen-scraping or manual re-keying.
Portable — our data can be exported in full, in usable formats, on demand.
Auditable — consequential steps leave a record that can be reconstructed later.
Private by design — collection is minimised at the point of design, not trimmed afterwards.
No unnecessary lock-in — every choice has a documented exit path.
